3) Are you reading the Book of the Month?  The Book of the Month can be purchased at www.myoilbusiness.com  it is a selection of books from our Master Independent Consultant Justin Harrison.  The book is reviewed weekly on the Mentor call on Monday morning.

4) How many contacts per week are you making?  If the minimum is two per day then you should be making between 12 and 14 per week.  If you want your business to really succeed then make more!

5) How many follow ups are you doing a week?  The recommendation is at least two per day!  The follow up should be a follow up in regards to doTerra.  Of the 12 to 14 contacts made weekly you should have several people to follow up with.  If you are contacting more than 2 per day then you should follow up with more than 2 per day.

6) Of those follow ups how many did you close?  As we have been taught by our leaders the money is in the follow up.  As time goes by the follow up will equate to enrollments.  Practice your close and become an expert at turning follow ups into enrollees!  Watch this video for ttp://www.reinventinghealthcareinfo.com/basic-closing-techniques/

7) How many week days do you contact your frontline?  Contacting your frontline is vital to the building of a large organization.  You need to know what their goals and desires are so that you can help them accomplish them.  It also keeps you in touch with what is going on in your team.  Daily contact is vital whether it is by phone, text or email.

8) How many presentations do you do a week?  You should be doing at least two presentations weekly for you and your group.  You should be the presenter in at least two presentations, just attending two presentations will not count.  If you want to build it large you should do at least two presentations daily.  Remember that you are following up on two people daily!!

9) How many getting started trainings are you doing a week?  You should be doing a minimum of one getting started each month for all of the new enrollees on your team that you personally enroll.
If you are enrolling lots of people then you should do more getting started training meetings.

10)  Do you listen to your team call?  On our team we listen to the Dave and Tammy Miller team call that is held every Tuesday night at 9:00pm.  The call in number is 559-546-1000 access code 404366# it last anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour.  They do announcements, oil training and business training on this call.  It is very informative!

11)  How many one on one business building appointments do you have every week?  This is an important step in building your business, you should be working with key leaders in your downline, to keep them motivated by building the vision of what they could achieve.  It also helps them with questions that they may have in building a business.  You are their example and they will do what you are doing.  DUPLICATION WORKS

12)  How many 3-way calls are you having with your upline and downline every week?  This is a great tool in building the business.  Your upline is the expert and having them on the call reaffirms what you have said and gives you credibility.

If you are having a hard time in building your business or are struggling with downline issues, just ask yourself or the person you are having struggles with these 12 questions and you will find the answer.  These are the small things that we do daily, weekly or monthly to build a successful doTerra business.
